Cancellation Policy
-Any appointment 15 mins late will be considered a late cancelation and may need to reschedule. Please text your technician at your earliest convenience.
-All appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged a 30% late cancelation fee.
-No Show appointments will be charged 100% of your service cost.
-A credit card is required to secure your appointment. We will not charge your card unless you no show or a last minute cancellation within 24 hours. Some services require a $25-$200 booking fee. Booking fees are non refundable with no shows or cancellations within the 24 hour window.
